DESCRIPTION

Spacers allow you to shorten your ropes for more range of motion or for progressive overload training. These are especially useful for doubled movements, where the force from the band is doubled.

CORE FEATURES

• Includes 4 (Four) individual pieces, enough to shorten four loops
• Stackable
• Install and remove by sliding onto the ropes, do not have to remove ropes from rods
• Improved patent pending design securely holds spacers in place
• 1 spacer will shorten one loop by .5 inches
