The Cyber Plate is an absolute game changer. The quality is exceptional and the improvements to the standard plate truly transform the Harambe System into the ultimate fitness system. So so smooth fluid movements With the bands. Great placements of both horizontal and verticle rollers, allowing for variety of band placement options for different exercise movements. A great upgrade from the normal plate and other brands plates.. the rollers make it feel amazingly smooth and removes the drag between bands and platform.
This is literally the best thing to come out for resistance bands ever! It's the smoothest experience you'll ever get pulling resistance bands. The biggest difference you'll feel is in the heavy bands. You can't imagine how smooth the movements can be on this board. I tried it at the Arnold and I was blown away! Worth every penny!

Hello, my name is Michael Drotar and I am really loving these handles. Tonight I did trap bar deadlifts using these handles. I did 5 sets of 8 to 10 reps using the orange bands shown in the attached photo, and I am really feeling it right now. The tension is very close to constant for the entire movement. I used silicone spray on the footplate slot to create less friction, and it definitely feels very similar to free weights. So many other handles add to much slack. These handles are a game changer.
Such a great product! The system has been flawless and so much better than anything else on the market, especially as the tension increases.
I really do love this plate, I’d buy it again. One small problem is its weight. I guess that’s the price you pay for quality build.

Love the tension on the bands, they defined feel different than other bands!! 38" is good, a bit of slack since I am 5'5 perhaps a 34"36" band would be ideal specially for bench press... Other than that I love the band quality!!
Truly next level. In nerd lingo it's like upgrading from a PlayStation 2 to a PlayStation 5 Pro. My resistance bands also basically have unlimited lifespan now so in the long run for a frequent user like me this actually saves money. My only concern is the rollers' breaking under high resistance after years of daily use so we will see.

We use solid stainless steel cores and industrial-grade UHMWPE sleeves. This is a self-lubricating 'miracle material' so abrasion-resistant that it’s notoriously difficult to even measure wear on it. On top of driving a truck over them during R&D, I’ve personally used the same prototype for over a year of high-volume work and the rollers still show essentially zero wear. They are built for the long haul. Appreciate the support!
You can bench and deadlift with the black rope, the white rope you can do sitting shoulder presses and front squats and the blue squats and SQUATS!!! 💪🏻
Bar is the BEST out there i think, the cyberplaye definitely takes the CAKE and the rope system i know some complain about it but you can press and squat from different spots. I have all the ropes and pretty much whole system except for the handles, too pricey... The bands are awesome as well!!
I got the Cyberbundle, travel bar, cyberplate and bands set and is awesome!! The spacers and accessories are great and I look forward to every workout session!!! Bands are awesome, hope they can make some 34's or 35' maybe for deadlifting!!
Best resistance band system on the market and it's not even close. The ingenuity and craftsmanship of the Cyber Plate makes it leaps and bounds better than the competition. This system has been a game changer for me, allowing me to workout from the privacy of my own home at hours the gym isn't normally open so I'm not losing valuable family time having to go to the gym.
I like the white band. I just found that I needed a second one for side curls. And now do!
Simply put, this is the best footplate that I’ve used so far on the market. I have both the regular and travel uhmw plates and have used a variety of wooden / hdpe homemade solutions. The Cyberplate has assisted greatly in my training.
Came to Harambe from X3 for the improved 38” bands and the sling system. Started with the Travel bar to take between work (fire stations) and home. Finally decided to upgrade from the travel bar to the Cyber (K) bar. Was mistakenly sent the Arm bar (1st photo). With one email to support, I promptly received a free return shipping label for the Arm bar, and was notified the next day my Cyber bar was shipping. Two days later (expedited shipping) I received the correct bar! Now I only have to deal with the blow to my ego from having to drop bands on certain exercises due to the added length of the Cyber bar over the travel version. This is vastly outweighed by the advantages: like more hand placement options and no more knurling scraping my shins on deadlifts🤩
I've been a Harambe owner since 2023, however the new Cyber Plate is a game changer. I've also repurposed the original Plate for additional one-footed balance drills, including single-leg squats, inter alia. Currently, I use the T-Bar and their T-handles which are great for travel.
I love the bar and the system. I have been doing resistance training for a number of years. This is a superior product.
Been using Undersun's product for the past few years to good effect. I'm over 60, but people say I look like a college athlete. I recently tried Harambe's product. It's on an entirely different level. Very pleased with it.
I recently picked up both the Cyber Bar standard & Travel options to compare against the version 1 K & T bar that I also currently own. The first thing I noticed was the increased width and smoother knurling. Both bars are enjoyable, but the Cyber Bar is a marked improvement and is much more comfortable to hold for heavier lifts, while still maintaining a grippy profile.
Feels so smooth. Love the ability to bench press. As someone coming from the X3, I Highly recommend this system. The app could use some work but in time I think Harambe will find the recipe. Working out is a joy with Harambe!
Lifting weights and using bands for 20 years. This is by far the best system I’ve used - put on 10 lbs of muscle using it in the past year. Also, nice to get in a world-class bench press with a world-class view.
The plate, bands and bar are all premium quality. As a lifter and physical therapy student, I can confidently state that Harambe methodology is minimum effective dose at its finest. Coming from cast iron, I was skeptical, but the overall reduction of joint reaction forces, high tolerance to progressive overload and enhancement of motor recruitment leaves me excited to see how I can help patients in the future with this. Absolutely changes the workout from the plates. I can’t believe the difference in the way my deadlifts feel now. Even on my lighter days, I feel completely exhausted.
I used another 'resistance band system' for ten years, until I was snapping bands every few weeks and having trouble finding replacements. I invested in Harambe system for the theoretical longevity of the components. After a year of using Harambe for my main routine, everything seems to be holding up, and I have seen a lot of physical improvement in my body. Pain that might have been a result of the other bands and workout routine (cheaper bands with handles and anchors) has disappeared, and my joints and muscles feel wonderful after a workout. I need strength and stamina to continue to be a one horse farm. I appreciate the thinking and ingenuity that has gone into Harambe system, and once I have the funds, I will definitely be upgrading to a cyber board. Thank you very much Mr. Khalid Bou-Rabee!
