Privacy policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Plain-English Summary

Welcome to Harambe System. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or use our digital services.

Key highlights: We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, provide customer support, run fitness features you've opted into, and improve your experience on our site and app. When you enable health tracking, we read data from Apple Health or Google Health Connect only to show it back to you inside the app — we never sell it or share it with advertisers. We share payment data with trusted partners like Shopify, Stripe, RevenueCat, and Google Play to run our store and process subscriptions securely. We also use AI tools (Anthropic's Claude and Google's Gemini) to help run the business — including drafting customer support replies, analyzing store data, and powering opt-in AI features in the App. These tools are configured so your data isn't used to train AI models. We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement, and you have the right at any time to access, update, or completely delete your data (including full account deletion). Please read the full policy below for all the details.

This Privacy Policy describes how harambesystem.com (the "Site"), our mobile application Harambe Fit (the "App"), and Harambe System LLC (collectively, "we" or "us") collect, use, and disclose your Personal Information when you visit the Site, use the App, or make a purchase.

Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
