Shipping policy

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. For returns, please see our Refund Policy.
  • Orders will only ship out once all products are available. For example, if you add a preorder item to your order, your entire order won't ship until that preorder item is available.
  • If there are shipping restrictions for your address, please let us know before or at the time of purchase so that we can accommodate your needs.
  • Special shipping requests may require additional charges. If an additional charge is required due to a special request, we will email you prior to shipment for approval of any additional charge.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages.  Once the item is marked as delivered, it is the customers responsibility to retrieve the package.
  • Please note that if you are not home at the time of delivery for any packages requiring a Signature, it is your responsibility to coordinate with the carrier for pickup or re-delivery.
  • Signature confirmation is only included if explicitly selected at checkout. All other shipping methods—including paid upgrades—do not include a signature by default.
  • If a package is returned to us due to a carrier being unable to deliver a package to you, we will refund your order and charge a 10% restocking fee.
  • Please note: All items are subject to a three (3) to five (5) business day handling time before confirmation of shipment.
  • Free Shipping is only included with original outbound order. Buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs in the event of a return or exchange request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that all relevant import duties and taxes are included in your final price at checkout, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note that we are legally required to declare the full value of the shipment and cannot mark packages as a “Gift.” While we handle the fees, customs agents may occasionally delay the delivery of packages at their discretion.
