Return Policy Last updated: March 2026
We want you to love your Harambe System equipment. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You're welcome to try the equipment — we just ask that it's returned in good, undamaged condition with original packaging.
For orders within the United States, we'll cover return shipping. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item Contact us at support@harambesystem.com to start your return. For domestic orders, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Keep in mind that Harambe System products involve significant handmade processing steps, so minor cosmetic blemishes are normal and will not affect performance. We use the highest quality materials and keep prices competitive by allowing these cosmetic variations.
Exceptions Custom products (special orders or personalized items), factory-seconds, open-box items, gift cards, digital products, and subscriptions (including HarambeFit) cannot be returned.
Exchanges We don't do direct exchanges. To swap an item, just start a return and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take a few additional days to post it.
