Thoroughly inspect your equipment before first use

Each bar and handle has two pulleys. Please make sure that each of the two sides of each pulley has one washer and retaining ring as shown above. Note Handles might have hubs that match the image bellow instead.

Each CyberPlate has 12 rollers: 8 vertical rollers and 8 horizontal rollers. Please make sure that each of the horizontal rollers are secured to your plate by two screws as indicated in the above picture.

Please note: It’s normal to see a small amount of visible grease at the ends of the rollers on a new CyberPlate. The lubricant is non-toxic, safe for latex contact, and can be wiped away or left as is.
