This is my second bar, my old bar is beat up due to all the wrecklace intense training I have done with it!!!! So I bought an extra bar for my home gym, I will use my old bar, old cyberplate and my bands for travel training and aquire another plate and bands for my home training sessions!!!
Thank you. I love it. I am a disabled Marine Corps Veteran and have limited supination in my arm so the bands coupled with the "Angle 90 grips" from a different company helps to make lifting easier for me.
Shipped to Canada in record time, no extra fees. Amazing quality, I had the old kbundle so I purchased mostly for the cyberplate and you have an extra set of bands and bar. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.
Such a great product! The system has been flawless and so much better than anything else on the market, especially as the tension increases.
Bar is the BEST out there i think, the cyberplaye definitely takes the CAKE and the rope system i know some complain about it but you can press and squat from different spots. I have all the ropes and pretty much whole system except for the handles, too pricey... The bands are awesome as well!!
Came to Harambe from X3 for the improved 38” bands and the sling system. Started with the Travel bar to take between work (fire stations) and home. Finally decided to upgrade from the travel bar to the Cyber (K) bar. Was mistakenly sent the Arm bar (1st photo). With one email to support, I promptly received a free return shipping label for the Arm bar, and was notified the next day my Cyber bar was shipping. Two days later (expedited shipping) I received the correct bar! Now I only have to deal with the blow to my ego from having to drop bands on certain exercises due to the added length of the Cyber bar over the travel version. This is vastly outweighed by the advantages: like more hand placement options and no more knurling scraping my shins on deadlifts🤩
I just got my Cyber Bundle today, and right out of the box I could tell the quality was top-notch. Everything feels super solid and built to last. I love the bar and the system. I have been doing resistance training for a number of years. This is a superior product.
I recently picked up both the Cyber Bar standard & Travel options to compare against the version 1 K & T bar that I also currently own. The first thing I noticed was the increased width and smoother knurling. Both bars are enjoyable, but the Cyber Bar is a marked improvement and is much more comfortable to hold for heavier lifts, while still maintaining a grippy profile.
Feels so smooth. Love the ability to bench press. As someone coming from the X3, I Highly recommend this system. The app could use some work but in time I think Harambe will find the recipe. Working out is a joy with Harambe!
Lifting weights and using bands for 20 years. This is by far the best system I’ve used - put on 10 lbs of muscle using it in the past year. Also, nice to get in a world-class bench press with a world-class view.
I've left a lot of comments on YouTube videos and Reddit spreading the cyberplate gospel. I wanted to wait until I've done a full 6 weeks workout program to really share a review here. (I did PPL) This has been revolutionary to me. Really an amazing experience through and through. Customer service for one was fantastic. My package arrived in Canada quickly. But the delivery drivers were a tad unruly with it and I thought I was missing my black band. Khalid got back to me right away and offered to send another! Very classy. Thankfully before we had to go that route I found the band it fell out of the beat up box and into our garden. (We have a very long driveway) On to the shiny cyber plate itself. I needed durable. Because I'm 6'3 and 360lbs. Feels plenty roomy even for a big guy like me. I needed small and portable, as my family and I are renting a tiny basement while I finish building our house this year. I also don't enjoy lifting in the only gym here in my small town. I needed rollers for a real smooth lifting experience. The cyberplate delivered in spades. Every time I set a band and start a lift I can hear the gorillas sing on mountains high as I make my gains, and get fit. If importing costs to Canada weren't so high I'd legitimately buy 3 cyber plates. One for my office, one for my house, and one for my production facility. If you have been on the sidelines until now don't wait. The smooth buttery lifts can be yours. Join the roller gang today. 10/10 would lift again, and again, and again.
Very high quality! I love the feel of this bar. With the bands and the plate it actually feels like I am lifting an actual barbell with plates.
I did a lot of research before ordering. I bought everything in the Harambe system and I have pre ordered the belt squat, wedges and curl bar. the quality is superb all the way through from the packaging to the equipment and the carry bag is fantastic. Harambe has arrived in Ireland. worth every cent!
When you first look at the price of Harambe products you might be startled compared to other products. But trust me, I have everything in the variable resistance world and Harambe is 10x the quality of product and has given me 10x the results. I first started with the blue Kong and black bands with my old competitor system and they were so much tougher than any other band I have and I started to see massive differences in the definition of my muscles and density of them especially in my back. Real applicable strength not just pumped up soft muscle look. From there I went and got the T handles, two full sets of bands, k bundle and t bundle, the pad, all ropes and rods even the harambe butter. The oil actually helps smooth out the heavier kong and black bands when you are doing heavy deadlifts giving a smoother pull. The K bar is a tank. At 12lbs it feels like a real barbell and I have zero wrist pain when I do heavy chest work due to the design of the k bar and t bar. Even the door anchor is great for doing isolation work for lats, triceps, biceps etc. the versatility of the products are unmatched. Even the spacers, ropes, t and k rods are amazing in how you can adjust the tension ever so slightly which is great for gains. Other products have such large gaps in their bands and it makes strength gains a pain of risk of injury since the jump may be too big. You don’t have to buy every product like I did. I just like to test everything. But with Harambe I actually use every single piece of equipment of theirs. Doing supersets for hypertrophy I will use a k bundle and t bundle and go back and forth. Get done in less than 30 min. Sometimes in 20 min if I am feeling really good. T board is solid and great for travel with t bar. Next trip I am going to take the k bundle with the Harambe travel bag. The k plate is so stable and getting the pad on top of it makes it comfortable and good traction. The Facebook group for them is awesome. Great people. Very welcoming and inviting and open to sharing new ideas. No one criticizes. Also the app has great workout options for beginners, intermediate and advanced. I dropped over 100lbs and recomped my whole body in two years due to changing my lifestyle and learning from others in putting in the work. I did start with another competitor product but saw the most massive changes once I switched to Harambe. Thanks to Khalid and the whole crew for their help. I still have a lot of work to do to get to where I want to be and must keep up the habits but Harambe products and community will help anyone reach their goals if they put In the work. Thank you.
I purchased the T bar V2 and complete system to supplement my free weight workouts and for use while traveling. I’ve completed a couple weeks of use and have traveled via car with the system to an out of state wedding. The quality of the system is unsurpassed and the quality of the workout far better than any other band system I’ve utilized in the past. What makes the system so nice is that the total package and workout app works well together. I’ve tried just using resistance bands as substitutes for wts while traveling and the workouts not complete. The bar it self feels like a true barbell bar and the bands are super strong and smooth. I whole heartedly endorse the product!
Straight out of the box it is obvious that the Harambe system is an extremely well- thought out piece of kit and meticulously made. It’s easy to put the system together following the videos on the website. I love the fact that I can take the system out of a wardrobe, do my workout and then easily put it away again! As with resistance bands you know you’ve a hard but good workout!
I have done three workout push day twice and pull day once. I like what I have experienced so far ... I plan to use this to make a transformation.
I have completed my first 6 weeks with the Harambe System. As someone who works from home with minimal strength training experience, I can honestly say this has changed my life. It was the building block to create consistency in my fitness journey after losing 75 lbs and trying to avoid the skinny fat route. My flexibility has improved along with my posture complimenting the K Bar System with my other home routines. I'm a little over two weeks into using The Harambe Fitness System and I simply must say it beats a gym membership. I can get to it right in my own bedroom, and let me tell you this system is the truth! I haven't even opened the dark green or the black band of is packaging. The light green band is tough enough for me right now. Use it, be consistent, proper rest, hydration, and nutrition. That is all it takes with cadence in your reps and progressive overload as you become stronger. Get after it!! #GorillaGains

Your customer service was outstanding. Had one of the spacer bags missing. From the initial email to the time it was resolved was at most 10 minutes. And all questions that I ask we’re answered very quickly as well. As far as the equipment well just check the rest of the reviews top notched equipment gives you the gym equipment experience for sure! Love it! would like to see suggestions of length for bands and ropes base on a person height.Unless I didn’t see it
So this arrived on my side of the Atlantic and I’m delighted. As everyone says, the build quality is superb, the design process is really apparent and the bands are beautifully smooth with a righteous kick at the end of the range - awesome. I was concerned about the range of band strengths but suffice to say using black one is going to be a fun workout when I get there. The cost was high (with UK shipping and taxes) but I’m sure this will last a very long time indeed and will prove to be a worthy investment. Thanks again.

I love the solid feeling and the smoothness of the K Bar. I am 58 yrs old coming from a weightlifting background and this fits the bill perfectly for me. No more joint pain.

Quite possibly the best resistance band bar ever made! Some say that the other bars are too short or too long, but this middle bar gets it quite right for my frame and size! I pair this bar with the serious steel 32 inch bands. Feels like a dream! The spin is very buttery smooth and no sticking like the other bar. This is by far the best resistance bands bar around and highly recommended!
Why I have get Harambe Cyber Bundle ? As an European (French) I have tried pulley system in Gym and love it ....but no space available in my home. In parallel I have used with pleasure several bands (some very bad some very good). But with good ones I remained frustrated (feel limited in progression) and again no space for full pulley system. Finally I have find reviews indicating 2 systems from USA (but costly ... including tax, transportation cost ... I finally decided for Harambe (declared as most costly but the best) and DO NOT REGRET at ALL. REALLY AMAZING ! (including bands). Also get just after Handles (same impression). I only regret that for an European small additional items (like bands , ropes ...) are really very costly in term of transportation. I wish Harambe will develop logistic for EU with limited additional cost. Gilles
I have been using the Harambe System for a couple of weeks, after purchasing the Cyber bundle. The equipment is very well made and very solid. I have had some difficulties while exercising, in that the tension at the bottom of the repetition seems to drop off considerably. I have found the guidance to be a bit lacking, so I am unsure how to overcome this. Also, I was hoping to purchase some accessories, such as the XXL ropes, so I can do back squats. However, I was disappointed to find out that only the Cyber bundle is stocked in the UK, and all accessories have to be shipped from the USA. This means that the price greatly increases, due to shipping and import fees. In summary, the equipment is good, but I could do with more guidance and easier access to accessories.

The whole company is top notch. From the product ( bars, plate, bands, spacers, ect ) to the customer service to the app ect is all premium. Everything is well thought out from the bands stack chart to spacers to workout tracking to the videos.. everything is well thought out to help you get the most out of the equipment with minimal learning curve. Very impressed.

The CyberPlate was such a massive upgrade from the standard plate. All the resistance is now smooth from start to finish - no more jerky rep starts hurting my joints!
I love the convenience of the harambe system. Crowded gyms and people rushing your sets was never enjoyable for me so this completely is a game changer. The programs also help me get the workouts I felt like I was missing out of the normal gym at times.
I was a little nervous about how strength training with bands instead of free weights would be but I feel like it is very similar but obviously the heavy part is at the top of the lift instead of the bottom. You can workout until failure without a spotter in the comfort of your home which is great. So far I am loving it and the quality is top notch, there does not seem to be any wear going on with the bands and the bar feels like a bar from the gym.
The system is amazing. It is transforming my body at a faster pace than I ever thought it would. I did not think a band system could be so effective. The cyberplate is a game changer with its smooth action. In combination with the bars and bands it makes it feel like free weights. It’s easy to change out bands and get a quick workout in but extremely effective. My joints feel great! I’m not one to write reviews but if you want to build muscle or just get toned without a bunch of equipment that takes up space I would not hesitate to get this system.

The bar is very well constructed, using materials of excellent quality. I also own the competitor's version, and this one is superior; it is more versatile, the exercises feel more fluid, and I believe in general boasts a more solid build.
Started to use it every few days and I'm already hooked. Would definitely recommend people try it.
