By attaching resistance bands to the belt via the Harambe Slings and triangle carabiners, you can effectively eliminate the need for a bar, engaging only the lower body. Adjust rope lengths to customize the resistance, allowing for a fully personalized and focused lower body workout.

Please note this is not a traditional lifting belt, it is not intended to aid with bracing.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT RECOMMENDATION

We recommend replacing this belt every 3–5 years, depending on usage and environmental conditions:

• 3 years if exposed to heavy use, sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
• Up to 5 years with light use and minimal exposure to harsh conditions.

Regularly inspect for signs of wear, such as fraying, discoloration, or deformation. Replace immediately if any damage is visible to ensure safety and performance.
