You'll appreciate this grip: like all Harambe bars, the Arm Bar supports a working load of 1000 lbs.

Our patented sling system is a standout feature, simulating the symmetrical forces of weights and avoiding the unwanted torque that hooks can cause. The spin is incredibly smooth, almost alien in its perfection.
