I've used Harambe System as my primary mode of strength training since it's inception. The Arm bar is a phenomenal addition to the system that allows me to safely push my limits even further and optimize my strength training. The quality is unmatched. This is a powerful weapon in the arsenal of a home gym. (I’m an affiliate, but I bought this with my own money. This review reflects my honest experience.)

Super high quality, and definitely makes a difference with elbow-focused movements. Everything that Harambe makes is high quality with incredibly thoughtful execution. Not the least expensive stuff out there, but you really do get what you pay for. Worth every penny, highly recommended.

I do most of my exercises with arm bar now. Like the way it angles - works well with various movements even chest presses. It was heavier and thicker than I initially imagined, but works well for me.

Not much to say, it's amazing for Bicep & Tricep training, as well as a lot of other excercises, e.g. bent-over rows is probably one of my favorites with this bar.

I use the Arm Bar and individual hand connects versus the long straight bar. It is better on my wrist and elbow joints.
The Arm Bar is fantastic. It allows you to hit your muscles from a different angle. And not just curls but chest press, shoulder press, and even bent-over rowing.
The Arm Bar was what I have grown to expect from Harambe, excellent quality, finishing detail and functional usability. I began switching from X-3 equipment & bands to Harambe at the tail end of COVID, one piece at a time over several months. The Arm bar is very well made and quite heavy. It adds some added weight to your resistance band workouts.
Feels great and takes a lot of strain off my wrists in a lot of exercises. Was expensive to get to the uk though …..
Harambe System products are simply the best in quality and craftsmanship. They are expensive but with that said it is a one time purchase that will outlast you, and they are tailor made for the system. The arm bar has a great weight and feel, the knurling is excellent, and There are 3 grip options from narrow to wide. Great product!
Top quality bar , makes bicep curls , tricep extensions so much more comfortable on the wrist , the bar can be used for so much more the possibilities are endless . If you're sitting on the fence about buying it I would say " go for it " you won't be disappointed !

If you have a history of weight lifting and using EZ curl bars for bicep and tricep work, this bar is going to feel right at home with your Harambe setup. I can tell that Harambe System did their homework to determine the perfect curvature of the bar which would optimize hand placement for various movements. This bar is the real deal, and I would definitely recommend it being purchased as an add on to your Harambe System if Harambe is your primary means of working out. I would recommend that this be purchased in addition to one of the other bars though, not as a standalone. You will want a straight bar for the big four movements (deadlift, squat, chest press, and overhead press).
I just received my Harambe Arm Bar today and the quality of this bar is as good if not better than what you would find in any commercial gym. The weight of it, the knurling, totally worth the purchase. It's nice to see there are still companies out there that make quality products that are built to last. Thank you Harambe Systems.
Harambe System is amazing, the sling system along with spacers really gives a variety and this is portable, bars, handles and bands are all very high quality
