Force Curve Optimization

Why does it feel more like free weights?
Most resistance bands deliver very little force at the start and spike too quickly at the top. Our system fixes that.

  • Rollers reduce drag so the band stretches more evenly from the beginning of the lift.
  • Dual band path geometry forms a trapezoidal loop that shifts tension outward—flattening the force curve for smoother, more consistent resistance throughout the lift.
  • Stiff, custom-layered bands ensure high initial resistance for strength right out of the bottom.

The result: a smoother, more linear resistance profile that mimics the feel of weights—without the need for bulky racks or plates.
