Each bar and handle has two pulleys. Please make sure that each of the two sides of each pulley has one washer and retaining ring as shown above. Note the T Bar V1 and the T Handles both have plastic caps on each end of the bar.
Thoroughly inspect your equipment before first use
Each CyberPlate has 12 rollers: 8 vertical rollers and 8 horizontal rollers. Please make sure that each of the horizontal rollers are secured to your plate by two screws as indicated in the above picture.
