There is no one-size-fits-all. Let's build you a system that will fit your needs perfectly.
Build Your Own System
Choose your Harambe Bar
We currently sell the K Bar (35.25", approx 11 lbs, 1.1" diameter) and the T Bar (28", approx 3 lbs, 1.06" diameter). All our bars are made out of stainless steel and are compatible with all our slings. Stainless steel is a fantastic material which is reserved only for higher end gym equipment. It needs minimal maintenance to last forever and offers the best knurl experience vs other metals (aluminum or coated steels).
If you want your sessions to feel like the weight room, go for the K Bar. If you only want to feel band forces or plan to travel light, the T Bar is the way to go.
Want us to make the rest of the choices for you? We have bundle deals that are complete systems built around either the K or T Bar. Check them out here.
Add Harambe Handles (optional)
Fantastic for trap deadlifts, calf raises, shrugs, landmine rows, and isolation movements. The symmetrical design reduces torque on your wrists (unlike hooked handles). The ends, knurling, and material choices match those of the T Bar. Our handles have the same super smooth spin as our bars and are volcano knurled. Unless you only plan on doing isolation movements, get two T Handles.
Add slings (rods + ropes)
Bands attach to Harambe System bars using slings. A sling consists of one pair of rods and one set of ropes. You only need one pair of slings. You don't have to buy a pair for each bar or handle pair you have. The T Rods are great for smaller bands and are slightly lighter than the K Rods.
Blue Rope V2 (xx-large) are required for back squats. Spacers V2 will ship in 3 weeks.
Add a platform and block
Protect your ankles and get more out of your workouts with the best platform for bands. Comes in Black or Urban Camo. The Cork Block gives a convenient resting place for your bar and protects your feet in case you ever let go!
Unlike solid-cast rubber resistance bands, all the resistance bands we sell are made from premium Sri Lankan latex though a layering process. The bands have at least 15 continuous layers of latex which help with the durability, longevity, and help prevent the band from snapping. The new 38" Bands are engineered for Harambe System from the ground up.
Add the Bag (optional)
Check-in friendly, this heavy duty backpack has tons of space. Easy to pack, too, with large compartments. This can hold a bar, a platform,
