Choose Your Length:

• Standard (35.25”) – Provides 32” of total grip space, excluding a 13” polished center section. Recommended for all heights—especially ideal for individuals 5’10” and up, those with broader builds, or anyone wanting more grip variety and exercise versatility. Formerly known as the Manhattan Bar.
• Travel (27.75”) – Provides 24” of total grip space, excluding a 10” polished center section. Recommended for individuals under 5’10”, those with narrower builds, or anyone prioritizing portability and compact storage. Formerly known as the Travel Bar.
