We currently offer three bars: the Manhattan Bar (35.25”, approx 11 lbs), the Travel Bar (28”, less than 6 lbs), and the new Arm Bar (35.25” wide, 1.18” diameter). All our bars are made of high-quality stainless steel and are compatible with all our slings. Stainless steel is a premium material typically reserved for top-tier gym equipment, requiring minimal maintenance to last a lifetime while offering the best knurl experience compared to aluminum or coated steels.
For a weight room feel, the Manhattan Bar is ideal. If you prefer to focus on band resistance or need something travel-friendly, the Travel Bar is your go-to. The Arm Bar, with its ergonomic curves, is perfect for reducing wrist strain during curls, tricep extensions, and narrow bench presses.
