Crafted from premium Sri Lankan latex, this is our second lightest band, boasting great durability with 25 continuous layers.

• Smooth finish minimizes friction with the Plate
• 10-20 of resistance when singled
• 20-40 lbs of resistance when doubled
• Lighter in weight but greater in force/resistance than 41" bands
• More range of motion for exercises than 41" bands
• Incredibly durable layered construction
