I recently placed a substantial order with Harambe System, including the bar, leg set, and deficit band set. When the package arrived, the deficit band set was missing entirely, which halted my training since the setup relies on those bands. When I reached out to customer support, the owner, Khalid, was curt and dismissed the inconvenience caused by their fulfillment error, refusing any form of compensation for the delay. While he did send out the missing bands, they were shipped using standard delivery rather than expedited shipping to correct their mistake promptly. For a company marketing itself as a premium brand with top-tier service, the handling of an error caused entirely on their end fell far short of expectations. True customer service is measured by how a company handles its mistakes, and unfortunately, this experience did not live up to the brand's promises.
