The new rope size (Rope V2 Green) is shorter than standard (Rope V2 Black) and gives the perfect tension for this setup. The new foam block, perfect for resting your bar on and for protecting your feet in case you drop the bar, is made out of high density foam to save weight. It features the same cutouts as the Cork Block for holding your bar.
